Mensante Corporation is committed to protecting the privacy of the users who visit the FeelingBetterNow® website. The company adheres to the Canadian government’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"), which sets out ten privacy principles that apply to all Canadian organizations engaged in commercial activities. Sharing Information
No personal information submitted on the FeelingBetterNow® website is available to your employer or any institution. Indeed, since you choose your nickname, there is no way for anyone to link an individual to personal information.
The database is maintained with the assistance of H.I. Next, a software consulting firm specialized in the health care industry. Any individual at H.I. Next with access to the database is bound by this privacy policy.
From time to time, your employer will receive quarterly aggregate data on the number of users and number of Diagnostic Risk Assessments generated by employees of your company. There is no way for your employer to know that you visited FeelingBetterNow® based on the aggregate information we provide.
Mensante Corporation may also provide or sell aggregate information to your employer, other companies or organizations. As in the case of your employer, the information will not contain any identifying information. No third party will be able to determine the identity of who has used FeelingBetterNow®.

The FeelingBetterNow® website may use cookies that identify return visitors. A cookie is a piece of data that a website can send to the browsers of visitors’ computers and that may then be stored on the hard drives of their computers. When visitors return to the FeelingBetterNow® website, information can be tailored more readily to suit individual visitors’ preferences.
